The Challenge
Moveworks had originally came to Emotive Brand in 2019 so we could build a brand for them to launch out of stealth and drive awareness amongst their core target audience – CIOs. The brand had to inspire a feeling of 'Simply Magic' amongst the target audience during every touchpoint and interaction they experience with the brand. Their launch was successful and they loved the brand we built for them. So in 2020, they wanted us to help with their product launch centered around 'Employee Experience.'

Goals
The experience of this virtual event shouldn’t feel like a typical product launch, but instead should feel memorable, magical, compelling.

The experience of this virtual event should be more B2C in nature, and like something others will want to copy. Something fresh, dynamic, and engaging.

The experience of this virtual event and more so the product page should have a common thread to keep the user engaged throughout the experience.

Along with the launch video, Moveworks wanted to update their product page. The biggest challenges with refreshing this page was to create something very immersive for the user and keep them engaged. The user must also understand what moveworks product is about instantly. This site below is a look at the old site design.

The way I decided to best solve this challenge was to build a more unique experience for the platform page that keeps the user engaged, so they will understand what Moveworks actually does. The key to this was making an experience where the journey of the ticket being created in the chat box follows you throughout the whole experience giving you view of the back in of how the product works. So we played with this idea of showing the user whats going on under the hood, so you get this sense of moving into this 3d realm that shows you how the platform works.

After getting the experience approved by the client I was also leading the development of this experience. I worked back and forth with a developer from their team to make sure the site was completed before the launch date. This included prepering lottie/json files for the developer to use in order to build out the site. Experience the full platform page yourself at the link below.
